The client requested an overview of an apartment that is for sale in NYC. A successful video that can achieve broad outreach relies on good communication and a clear script before filming. Our strength lies in directing an agent’s teams and their clients with their testimonials in a timely manner at the shoot locations. Our method is to work closely with people, and to ask questions that allow us to enrich the resulting interviews and achieve natural results.
PROCESS
For this video, we filmed an agent at one of her properties. The filming was done in 2 hours, which included interviews from the agent and finding a creative solution for camera angles. We used a Canon C300 Mark II camera, lighting, and a camera slider. Editing is critical to a successful video—from choosing the music to color correction and editing techniques, every aspect has to work for a great video.
By using the online editing portal, the client was able to review, give feedback, request editing, upload additional pictures and approve the project.
