GOAL
This real estate video uses a documentary-style portrait of the agent. A successful video that can achieve broad outreach relies on good communication and a clear script before filming. Our strength lies in directing and staging an agent’s teams and their clients with their testimonials in a timely manner at the shoot locations. Our method is to work closely with people, and to ask questions that allow us to enrich the resulting interviews and achieve natural results.

PROCESS
Communication and creating a comfortable atmosphere for the client throughout the process is the key. We will find the visual language that produces the right feeling for a space, and choose the right lenses toconvey a unique experience. In this video, we filmed an agent with his customer at one of his properties. Pre-production took a few days, but the actual filming was done in 2 hours, which included interviews from the agent. We used a Canon C300 Mark II camera, with lighting, a camera slider, and a DjiRonin camera support device. We delivered the first cut 7 days after filming. Using our online editing portal, the client was able to review, give feedback, request edits, upload additional pictures and approve the project.
